One World Association (the Polish Branch of Service Civil International).
Цели организации. The
major objectives of OWA are:
- The promotion of peace through voluntary activities;
- The development of common understanding and tolerance between people from different
countries, nationalities, cultures and religions through direct contacts;
- The support of individuals and groups that work with the disabled and the unprivileged;
- The development of grassroots initiatives;
- The involvement of youth in projects, which contribute to the development of democracy.
Кого куда берут. These
objectives are realized through different activities by volunteers,
such as international voluntary camps, training, seminars, thematic sessions
(e.g. educational programmes on the issue of refugees).
